FOR BEST RESULTS:

Acli-Mate® is effective at reducing symptoms associated with altitude when started upon arrival. You may, however, start 1-3 days prior to your travels to assure tolerance and increase effectiveness.

For active individuals, consume Acli-Mate® one hour prior to exercise. You may also mix up a bottle to use both during and after for sustained energy and recovery.

One to four servings daily is suggested. Adjust based on your needs. Sensitive individuals and children should consider avoiding after 4 pm as the B-vitamins in Acli-Mate® may cause mild insomnia due to their energizing properties.

HOW IT WORKS:

Acli-Mate® contains full electrolyte replacement for cellular hydration PLUS B-vitamins and vitamin C to support healthy adrenal function and energy production. The herbs Rhodiola and Reishi have been included for their abilities to assist in acclimatization. Both support healthy adrenal function and Reishi mushroom is also recognized as a potent immune stimulant. Ginkgo helps preserve the integrity of red blood cells, promotes cellular oxygenation and improves circulation.

Physical exertion, travel at elevation and stress in general deplete the body of essential B-vitamins and other nutrients. Over time fatigue and sickness may result. Essential minerals including calcium and magnesium may also become depleted causing premature muscle fatigue and cramping. Acli-Mate® contains all of these ingredients, making it a truly unique sports beverage.

WHAT'S MORE:

Acli-Mate® is made from 100% natural ingredients, including natural coloring and flavoring. It has a low glycemic index and is suitable for those watching their total sugar intake.
