Product Return Policy
ONLINE ORDERS
- Product may be returned if buyer is un-happy with product and it is within 30 days of purchase.
- Product(s) may be returned if it is "defective" in any way - such as the seal on the tub was not sealed or the product itself had a problem, such as clumping.
- After 30 days there are no returns.
- Person(s) returning product pays for return shipping unless Acli-Mate® did not ship the right product(s) and the Acli-Mate® will pay return postage.
RETAIL ORDERS
- Product may be returned to Acli-Mate® if buyer is un-happy with product and it is within 30 days of purchase (receipt required).
- Product(s) may be returned if it is "defective" in any way - such as the seal on the tub was not sealed or the product itself had a problem, such as clumping.
- After 30 days there are no returns.
- Person(s) returning product pays for return shipping.
